We are dedicated to enhancing global comfort for everyone by emphasizing People, Planet, and Product.
People
Our Commitment to People
For over a century, our commitment to caring for people has been a cornerstone of our identity. From our modest beginnings with a single mill in North Carolina, we’ve grown into a global operation spanning 30 countries and employing 48,000 associates who design, manufacture, and market our clothing. Despite this growth, our focus remains unwaveringly on people.
Our dedication extends beyond those we serve to who we are. We ensure that every member of our team is supported, encouraged, and empowered. We offer safe, rewarding jobs with competitive wages and benefits and celebrate our diversity. Our company culture prioritizes people, providing opportunities for all.
Integrity is at the heart of everything we do. We maintain high ethical standards for ourselves and our partners and actively support the communities that sustain our business. By 2030, we aim to positively impact the lives of at least ten million people, reflecting our commitment to making a meaningful difference.
We have made significant progress toward these goals and remain devoted to advancing this mission.

Our Pledge to the Planet – We Must Safeguard It
Responsibility is embedded in our core values—towards people, communities, and the planet. We are dedicated to enhancing our environmental performance each day, working towards a more sustainable future for all. Our goals are ambitious, pushing us to make a significant impact by continually striving for improvement.
To drive meaningful change, we assess our operations both internally and throughout our entire value chain, from cotton fields to product disposal. Unlike many apparel brands, we control over 70% of our product and fabric manufacturing, which allows us to take decisive actions, swiftly implement changes, and invest ambitiously. This ownership empowers us to drive substantial progress.
Through our Global Environmental Health and Safety (GEHS) initiatives, we implement policies and protocols that integrate environmental responsibility across our global facilities. Improving our environmental performance is central to our corporate culture, going beyond cost reduction and risk management to underpin our purpose and actions.
We are also committed to advancing change in the apparel industry through active participation in initiatives like the Sustainable Apparel Coalition (now known as Cascale).

We Are What We Wear. It Needs to Be More Sustainable
As a company dedicated to Apparels Textiles Sourcing clothing provision, we acknowledge our responsibility for the environmental impact throughout our products’ lifecycle. This awareness drives us to set ambitious sustainability targets.
Our objectives include increasing the use of sustainable alternatives for our main materials, cotton and polyester. We are also working to incorporate recyclable materials into our single-use plastic packaging, with the goal of eliminating non-recyclable or non-compostable packaging by 2025.
In addition, we are committed to steering our industry towards a circular economy model. This involves ensuring that the valuable materials and components in our apparel are either recycled or repurposed into new products, thereby minimizing our contribution to landfills.
